Swedenborg logged his spiritual experiences in a long-running diary, in Latin. It wasn't intended for publication, but it served him as a sort of reference work, eventually growing to be a substantial set of manuscripts. As he was writing his published theological works, he would often refer to these logbooks. He made a topical index, or really two partial indexes, for it, again, in Latin, and numbered the entries in the diary so that he could refer to them by number in the indexes. This is the second index, which overlaps with the first, covering sections as early as 3248 through the end, at section 6110.
