Leviticus第1章

¹ Now Yehowah called to Moses, and spoke to him from the tent of meeting, and said,

² Speak to the sons of Israel, and say to them, When any one of you brings a gift to Yehowah, you shall bring your gift from the cattle, from the herd or the flock.

³ If his gift is a burnt-offering from the herd, let him present a male without a blemish; he shall present it at the door of the tent of meeting, so that he may be accepted before Yehowah.

⁴ And he shall lay his hand on the head of the burnt-offering; and it shall be accepted for him to make a reconciliation for him.

⁵ Then he shall slaughter the young bull before Yehowah; and Aaron's sons the priests shall bring the blood, and fling the blood all round against the altar which is by the door of the tent of meeting.

⁶ And he shall skin the burnt-offering and cut it into its parts.

⁷ Then the sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire on the altar, and shall hay the wood in order on the fire.

⁸ And Aaron's sons the priests shall lay the parts, the head, and the fat in order on the wood that is on the fire, which is on the altar.

⁹ And he shall wash its entrails and legs in water; and the priest shall burn the whole on the altar, a burnt-offering, as a fire-offering, an odour of rest to Yehowah.

¹⁰ But if his gift for the burnt-offering is from the flock, from the sheep or the goats, he shall bring a male without a blemish.

¹¹ And he shall slaughter it on the north side of the altar before Yehowah; and Aaron's sons the priests shall fling its blood all round against the altar.

¹² And he shall cut it into ins parts, with its head and its fat; and the priest shall lay them in order on the wood that is on the fire, which is on the altar.

¹³ And he shall wash the entrails and legs in water; and the priest shall bring the whole and burn it on the altar. It is a burnt-offering, a fire-offering, an odour of rest to Yehowah.

¹⁴ Or if the burnt-offering for his gift to Yehowah is of birds, he shall bring a gift of turtledoves or young pigeons.

¹⁵ And the priest shall bring it to the altar, and wring off its head, and burn it on the altar; and its blood shall be pressed out against the wall of the altar.

¹⁶ Then he shall pluck away its crop with its filth, and throw it down by the altar on the east side, in the place for the ashes.

¹⁷ And he shall tear it at its wings; he shall not sever them. And the priest shall burn it on the altar, on the wood that is on the fire; it is a burnt-offering, a fire-offering, an odour of rest to Yehowah.
