[Editor’s Note, February 7, 2017. Swedenborg published Parts 1 and 2 of this work, in Latin. Part 3, which begins with Section 111, was being started through the typesetting process, when Swedenborg stopped working on this work, apparently in mid-sentence. We have a few typeset pages – up through 119, and then sections up through 131 left in manuscript. The situation is unique among Swedenborg's works, in that it was partly published. It’s regarded as a transitional work, written during the time when Swedenborg was moving from an emphasis on the physical sciences towards theology. The typeset sections are included here. The incomplete sections are heavily fragmented; they will be offered in a separate document. We hope to compare the scanned text to the manuscript, and, in future, to offer a more complete PARS TERTIA.]
